KLIA2 is spread out: allow time to walk from security to gates P/Q. If travelling with children or sports gear, arrive earlier than the minimums. After bag drop you’ll clear security and, for international flights, immigration.
Some routes or visa checks require counter verification. Complete online check-in if allowed, then collect a printed pass at the airport.
Names must match your passport order (Given/Surname). For typos contact support early; minor corrections can be possible before travel.
Increase brightness, zoom the wallet pass, or ask for a reprint at the gate/counter.
Leave extra buffer at KLIA2; you’ll likely need to clear immigration and re-check bags. Online check-in for the second flight helps.
